Challenge
Finance teams spent hours compiling monthly reports and reconciling data across disparate systems. Forecasting was spreadsheet-driven, error-prone, and lacked explainability, making planning cycles slow and reactive.

Finance operated with siloed systems and manual spreadsheets. Forecasts lacked scenario analysis and the narrative behind movements. Monthly closes were lengthy and error-prone, consuming leadership time.
Solution
Fine-tuned LLM with vector search over financial records, automated report generation, and Slack-based Q&A for leadership. We implemented robust data contracts, reconciliation checks, scenario planning, and driver-based forecasting with narratives and sensitivity analysis.
Implementation
We built connectors to ERP, CRM, and billing, established data contracts, and a reconciliation layer. We fine‑tuned an LLM over a vector index of financial records, added prompt‑guardrails, and shipped features: variance analysis, narrative generation, scenario planning, and Slack Q&A. Reports were templated and scheduled.
